Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning
Service Description
This thorough cleaning is sure to give you a sense of relief whether moving out of a place or moving in! It includes sanitizing of all surfaces, windows, window seals, blinds, baseboards, door frames, drawers, closets, pantry's, ceiling fans, sinks, tubs and surrounding areas, toilet and surrounding areas, light fixtures, mirrors wiped down, and floors swept/vacuumed and mopped. (Carpet shampoo NOT available at this time.) *In the event that the Client needs to cancel this cleaning appointment, ninety-six (96) hours notice to Multi-Essentials Cleaning is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text) or phone. Should the Client fail to give ninety-six (96) hours notice on more than (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning and/or cancellation of further services.*
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For Make-ready or deep cleaning reschedules, please contact us at least 96 hours in advance. In the event our cleaners arrive to your property, and you don't want a certain area cleaned anymore please note that the invoice will remain the same. All changes and modifications should be made know to owner 24hrs in advance of you scheduled cleaning.
